Damn the students....damn the students...damn the students. Why in the hell are they here?
Ya really want to know why they're here? Just to piss me off by parking in staff parking lots. OK, I know they're really here to get an ed-you-kay-shun, but can't they fucking park where they're supposed to?
If it's not bad enough that we have to freakin' PAY to park at our jobs, then the damn students park in our spots. So, we have to PAY for what the university calls a parking permit, but in reality is only a "hunting" permit. It simply gives me the right as a university employee, to hunt for a parking spot. Good luck w/ that for at least the first 2 weeks of class. That is, unless I get to work a stinkin' half hour early. Who in their right mind wants to do that? It's all I can do to get out the door at home, deliver the two children to school, and screech into my parking lot by 8:05...and that's on a good day!
Too bad the university doesn't reinstate the policy it had when I was a freshman here. No freshmen were allowed to park on campus. We all had to park in BFE and stumble back to the dorms after a night of drinking penny beer down on the Strip. And believe it or not, we lived to tell the tale!!
Damn students. Just go home...or at least leave your car at home!
